Refund policy

Change of Mind Returns:

Please take care when choosing your size to avoid having to return your pieces. 

 

Please Note:

- We do not accept change of mind returns on sale items.
- If your return request is sent more than 48 hours after your return has been delivered, the request will not be accepted.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept change of mind returns on pierced jewelry.
- In the instance of a change of mind return, the customer is required to cover the shipping cost.
- We are unable to offer refunds on change of mind returns.
- All items must be completely unworn, in their original condition, & in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Returns must be lodged within 2 business days of returns instructions being received. Returns posted back outside this window will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
- If a a return is received with signs of wear/damage, the return will be refused and sent back to you. 





Cancellations/Order Changes


If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact us immediately after placing it to ensure we receive your request in time.

If your package has not yet been dispatched, we can update the address for you. If your package has already been dispatched, please contact the delivery provider directly with your request as the package is no longer in our possession.




Received a Faulty Item?

All items are thoroughly quality checked to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.

However, in the rare instance that you receive a faulty/defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your items via email at info@eliorarose.com

Please note that the following instances are not considered manufacturing defects:

- Neglect, misuse or accidental damage e.g. knocking your jewelry, bending your piece out of shape, or pulling on your piece which causes it to break.

- Putting your jewelry in contact with chemicals/foreign substances that damage the plating or cause your piece to tarnish or oxidize. This can include hand sanitizer, cleaning agents. soap, fake tan, perfume, lotions etc.


Please ensure you follow our jewelry care instructions (care information is also on our website) to maximize the life of your piece.
