We offer same day dispatch on orders placed before 3pm EST Monday - Friday.

Please note that same day dispatch is not applicable to Pre-Orders. Pre-Orders will ship on the date displayed on the item.

Please note that the standard shipping is a lower priority mail service, and due to service disruptions, can take up to 25 business days to be delivered to you after dispatch. 

PRE-ORDERS:

Items listed as Pre-Order will ship on the date displayed on the product page. We recommend placing a separate order if you need other pieces urgently, as our system does not allow us to part ship orders. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders containing Pre-Order products. 

Lost in Transit Packages

Unfortunately, Eliora Rose is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking. Please kindly ensure your order is being sent to a secure location to avoid any disappointment. Please also take care when entering your address details at checkout.

We recommend using a PO Box or parcel locker for extra security to ensure the safe delivery of your package if you are doubtful of the security of your delivery location. This is especially recommended for unit/apartment complexes.
